Personal Community

Personal Community was a patient portal that helped users communicate with healthcare providers and manage their health records. I worked with Product Managers and Developers to understand business requirements, and created high fidelity mockups using responsive designs. I also implemented designs into production using HTML/CSS (Sass) using Zurb Foundation framework and a bit of Angular JS.

Clinician Portal

I worked with a product team to design a portal that helped Medical providers gain insight into their medical history in a meaningful way in order to provide the most appropriate care possible. I built the designs centered around a specific storyboard: a physician tending to a patient that was admitted into the emergency room. I conducted User Persona research around this use case, built a Journey Map around the story, and created initial mid-fidelity wireframes based on the storyboard.

CMC (Urgent Care Tool)

CMC is a tool that enables providers to coordinate urgent care for patients with chronic health conditions. I worked with a team to design this tool to for a UK based company. Some of the business requirements were: -Ensuring my designs were compliant with UK healthcare standards. (i.e The display of patient information followed UK standard formatting) -Designing for Edit mode and View mode
